Contracts Manager

An International Consultancy is looking for Contract Managers to join their team and work on Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a residential position for a 12-month contract.



Responsibilities and duties of the Contracts Manager include:



  • Reviewing contract conditions to identify administrative requirements
  • Evaluating correspondence and claims from contractors and consultants
  • Assessing potential risks for additional time/cost claims
  • Reviewing baseline programs and progress updates for errors
  • Assisting in responding to claim notifications and contractual correspondence
  • Providing assessments of program/delay analysis
  • Identifying risks and commercial opportunities
  • Attend Project meetings and generate monthly progress reports


The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Contracts Manager in major Infrastructure projects, with a preference for experience in the Middle East. Consultancy experience is a plus.



This position is based in Saudi Arabia for a duration of 12 months.
