Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mobility Lead.

The Program Support Service Team provides a high-quality centralized service that guides and supports colleagues throughout their time on the program, across employee accommodation, transportation and concierge type services with particular emphasis during onboarding and offboarding.

The Team is responsible for the creation and operation of a single and centralized and enhanced service and employee experience.


The Mobilisation Lead is accountable specifically for creating and coordinating a centralized approach to onboarding and mobilization, flights, transfers, ground transportation, and mobility related activities.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversees the overall onboarding and offboarding procedures of incoming employees to our offices In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Develop a centralized suite of services and initial service level standards to ensure that employees and their dependents receive a high level of support and begin a successful settling in period at the employment location.
  • Regularly measure employee feedback on their experiences and develop a model for continuous improvement.
  • Explore innovations that create efficiencies in process, communications and enhance overall user experience in support of project support services, mindful of cost vs value to program and employee.
  • Attends to all inquiries of incoming employees
  • Gives out the preemployment requirements instructions for the employee's facilitation.
  • Works closely with Delivery Partners to ensures the completion of preemployment requirements such as medicals, documentations for visa, and other documents which may be required by the project clients such as professional licenses, employment certificates, degree certificates etc.
  • Coordinates with the employees regarding relocation arrangements such as personal effects shipment & storage.
  • Conducts the New Hire Orientation and issues the individual New Hire Packages.
  • Updates the recruiters on the status of all employees for mobilization to be relayed to the Project Managers of their assignment.
  • Ensuring all steps in the process are rigorously documented.
  • Reporting on status of mobilisation in line with SLA's

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 5 + Years in Human Resources field, or
  • High Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration and 5+ Years work experience in Human Resources field,or
  • High School and 6+ years work experience in Human Resources field.
  • Proven experience working in a fastpaced administrative environment that involved working with internal and external stakeholders and business leaders with a developed understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills. Local experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, English translation, and English Literature.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills required. Strong team and collaboration skills.

  • Must have strong business acumen with the ability to manage risk and actively problem solve with the ability to influence outcomes with stakeholders. Ability to network across departments and key external stakeholders whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. Adaptable and resilient to change.
