Job Description Summary:

As a Tamheer Program Logistics Intern you'll manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.

You'll be accountable for the quality of own work.

There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Working on endtoend logistics solutions to achieve required ontime pick up & delivery of goods. Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
  • Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
  • Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GEHC. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Education to Bachelor/Master Degree level from an accredited university or college
  • This role requires basic experience in the Service & Field Service
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forwardthinking and customerfirst attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
  • Arabic fluent
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple details and deadlines.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Ready to have a fixedterm contract for 6 months
