The Program
Upon joining the team, you will embark on an intensive training program supported by a nurturing team to equip you for a successful career ahead. With a strong emphasis on internal talent development, every member of the organization, regardless of their position, started their journey with a solid foundation in recruiting. By mastering your craft, you can progress to the Sales & Account Management team, where you will have opportunities to expand your client base, manage relationships, and lead a team of recruiters. Demonstrating excellence as a Top Sales Producer can open doors to Senior Leadership roles, including overseeing new offices or divisions, or taking on a national sales position. For the cream of the crop, executive leadership roles await.

The Recruiting Role
As a recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in matching technical talent with client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified candidates using diverse recruiting tools.
- Conduct screenings and interviews with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify key accounts, skill sets, and market segments.
- Cultivate and leverage industry relationships for referrals and sales leads.
- Engage in customer service activities.
- Participate in team-building events such as philanthropic initiatives, happy hours, and team gatherings.

The Sales & Account Management Role

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business initiatives through prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts.
- Foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of recruiters.
- Engage in team-building events to strengthen internal bonds and boost morale.

Requirements:
- Proficient in telephone communication and adept at building strong relationships in person.
- Ambitious and resilient with a determined attitude.
- Performance-oriented individual who welcomes feedback and collaboration for personal and professional growth.
- Highly motivated with excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in sales or recruiting, including internships or relevant job roles.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
