Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and organize exciting travel itineraries for clients
  • Understand each client's unique preferences to tailor customized trips
  • Stay updated on industry trends and complete necessary training to book travel
  • Participate in webinars to specialize in different destinations and events
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
  • Create promotional materials and manage budgets
  • Plan trips according to clients' needs, including any special requests
  • Stay informed about changes in the tourism industry and destination restrictions
  • Book various accommodations such as flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support before, during, and after travel
  • Effectively manage time and resolve any issues that may arise during trips
  • Build relationships with tour operators and explore package options for clients
  • Participate in familiarization (FAM) trips when available
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 and eligibility to work in the country
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills (sales background preferred)
  • Access to a smartphone with internet, laptop recommended
  • Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision
  • Personal travel experience is a bonus
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous
