Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a High School English Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. This role is crucial in developing our students' English language skills, critical thinking, and appreciation for literature.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement innovative teaching methods to engage students in the learning process.Develop and execute lesson plans that meet curriculum goals.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate English across the curriculum.Participate in professional development opportunities.Foster a positive learning environment.Guide students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills through literature and language studies.Manage classroom dynamics and discipline.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.Contribute to the school community through active participation in school events and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years full-time teaching experience at the high school level.Strong understanding of English language and literature.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative and innovative teaching strategies.Commitment to professional growth and development.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
