The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a Major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including Cultural and heritage assets, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people.

Your responsibilities will include:

Standalone accountability for reporting delivery on small to medium sized projects, or as part of a team within a large project.Accountable for design, development and delivery of PDMS as dictated by project requirements.Mentors / supports / manages more junior members of staff to deliver specific requirements for the client.Recommends continual improvements and potential future developments to client where appropriate and supports recommendations with expert knowledge and experience.Identifies potential business development opportunities within own client areas and makes Project Controls Directors and above aware of these leads / prospects.Excellent written communication skills, clear & concise.As a reporting and performance management specialist, stays up to date with key industry / professional trends.In depth knowledge of tools & software.Able to provide effective & timely advice to clients.Understanding of data management.Clearly understands role & future career paths available from that position.Excellent attention to detail & able to validate & check inputs, recording & reports produced, providing basic commentary & analysis.Manages AMs and Ms where required by the scale of the project.Persuades and influences colleagues.Influences clients to accept proposals and recommendations.Satisfies customer requirements.

You'll need to have:

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.Tackles problems that do not have an obvious solution.Delegates tasks to others.Sells the business and wins work.Creates and delivers persuasive presentations to large audiences.Spots and develops talented individuals.

You'll also have:

Experienced in data handling and Extract, transform, load (ETL) processes.Experienced in working with complex data sets.In addition to mandatory training courses: Achieved professional qualification (e.g. APM, MSP. PPC etc).Relevant CSCS Card.
