Key Responsibilities
- Lead Anova's in-facility activities, coordinating meetings, reviewing data, and maintaining effective communication between Anova and healthcare facilities
- Collaborate with outreach teams to provide necessary referrals and administer treatments such as ART and PrEP to eligible individuals
- Deliver continuous care to patients in adherence to healthcare guidelines, work plans, and facility protocols
- Oversee and support TB/HIV/STI programs at the facility level, offering mentorship and guidance as needed
- Implement quality improvement plans and address performance issues in collaboration with facility teams
- Identify and address training needs within facilities, organizing relevant in-service training sessions
- Conduct training sessions on specialized topics and provide ongoing mentorship to clinic staff
- Utilize monitoring and evaluation tools to provide regular reports on treatment progress and outcomes
- Facilitate support groups and treatment clubs to enhance patient care according to Anova's strategies
- Participate in various meetings and contribute to data management projects for consistent data accuracy
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Nursing
- Registered Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council
- NIMART certification and proficiency in HIV management protocols
- Minimum 4 years of clinic experience with 2 years in NIMART
- Familiarity with HIV, PrEP, STI, and TB guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective report-writing skills
- Organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking
- Valid Driver's License and driving capability
