Your Opportunity

We are currently bidding for a prestigious new project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to develop Facilities Strategy Roadmaps and plans in support of the Ministry's transformation program as well as overseeing outsourced consultants and O&M contractors on behalf of the client.

The project's goal is to provide consulting and management support to a Ministry in KSA, equipping them with the tools to manage and maintain assets and facilities effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong time management, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting CRM-related projects to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Follow CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Support the management of the organization's CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Capture and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and develop communications.
  • Customize and configure CRM software to meet specific needs.
  • Facilitate training and support staff on CRM best practices.
  • Monitor CRM performance, report progress, and recommend adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations in CRM data.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize CRM system performance.
  • Act as a liaison with CRM vendors and provide insights to management.

Specific Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in KSA and Public Sectors is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software platforms and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and analyze data effectively.
  • Knowledge of strategic reports, operational models, and data management principles.
