e.TV Channel: Office Admin Internship Programme 2022 / 2023

The incumbent would be required to performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently. Their duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas and building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily schedules and appointments
  • Organising managers meetings and boardroom bookings
  • Managing agendas, travel plans and appointments for marketing and events team
  • Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Supporting bookkeeping( invoicing and/or billing ) and budgeting procedures for the Marketing department
  • Creating and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
  • Tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
  • Submitting reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Assisting colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Requirements
