  • Ensures completion of safety checklist before starting work at the client site
  • Assesses and maintains guide shoes/rollers and over speed governor
  • Checks unit balancing, corrects over balance, and adjusts final limits
  • Adjusts and tests Safety Action Mechanism according to procedures
  • Installs door skates, adjusts doors, and sets door locks
  • Inspects and ensures safety of rope clips, rope, and cables
  • Performs unit safety checks throughout the equipment
  • Checks electrical operations of the unit
  • Reports concerns and safety issues to the Supervisor
  • Sets contact parameters and ensures lift operation
  • Adjusts acceleration, deceleration, and ride quality
  • Tests escalator for obstructions
  • Completes factory checklist post installation
  • Prepares various installation and safety reports
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3 - 6 years of elevator sector experience
  • Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering
  • Commitment to safety and effective communication
  • Curious, adaptable, team player with digital skills
