Mirror Cleaner, Truck Operator

Job Scope
- Mirror Cleaning Specialist will ensure mirrors are spotless to enhance solar energy reflection for maximum electricity production.
- Thoroughly inspect Mirror Cleaning-Truck to guarantee functionality and safety, including testing equipment like crane, sprayers, and brushes.
- Conduct risk assessment checks per safety guidelines and obtain necessary approvals.
- Proceed to designated Mirror field after confirming conditions with Control Room Operator.
- Operate Mirror-Cleaning Truck along the mirror rows at a consistent speed of 2kph, ensuring proper distance and alignment.
- Conclude each shift by returning the Truck to its designated spot, submitting shift reports to the Supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, avoiding contact with certain pipes and crossing canals.
- In case of adverse weather, suspend operations and seek shelter until conditions improve.
- Requirements: Grade 12 & valid Heavy Duty Code 14 Driver's License
Skills
- Understanding of waste identification, classification, and management.
- Awareness of environmental and health implications of plant chemicals.
- Proficiency in handling PPE and safety gear.
- Familiarity with First Aid protocols.
- Knowledgeable in Power Operational procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
