The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a Major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including Cultural and heritage assets, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people.

You will be responsible for:

Ensures information is managed in accordance with Mace procedures and the procedures for the system in use.Manages the onboarding of Mace staff and external parties to the project system.Creates, manages, and updates distribution groups to ensure information flows to the correct organisations.Administers user access and permissions for the project system.Provides helpdesk support (support end users) daily.Provides support in writing Technical and End User Guide.Provides support in Document Management System.Good experience of general functionality of SharePoint Online / Office 365.Manages SharePoint Access Rights. Provides support in managing SharePoint lists and libraries.Provides support in General Documents i.e. Access Rights Matrix, Power BI Dashboard Access, End User Guides.Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.A sound knowledge of the system in use for the project – SharePoint.Knowledge of construction processes.Experience and understanding of key construction information management processes.

You'll also have:

BSc in IT and basic experience in Power BI.Graphics Experience to develop/prepare icons for the webpage.Good experience in Microsoft office i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint etc.Understanding of general website structure.
