Job Purpose
- Responsible for providing an efficient and effective registry service.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Supervises and participates in the correct maintenance of the archives.
- Monitors and reviews performance within the section.
- Ensures that customer enquiries are handled timeously.
- Supervises the accurate recording and movement of files.
- Controls all internal and external mail received.
- Investigates enquiries received from internal and external customers.
- Ensures that all internal communications such as circulars, notices and advertisements are copied and distributed timeously to Clusters, Units or Departments.
- Orders and retains sufficient stock of stationery.
- Relieves the staff of the Registry section, during their absence.
- Supervises and participates in the routine maintenance of the Registry Department.

Essential Requirements
