Job Summary
  • Generating operational activity forms such as Receiving Notes, Loading Slips, etc.
  • Preforming data entry transactions using the relevant applications e.g., MS Office, SAP, etc.
  • Preparing, maintaining and archiving all records properly, accurately and regularly
  • Reviewing, validating and resolving anomalies in warehouse activities by crosschecking physical work reports versus system transactions.
  • Executing warehouse operational transactions on the system e.g., receiving, picking, etc.
  • Implementing and adhering to the company policies and SOPs.
SkillsJob Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred
  • Good Communications Skills
  • Proficient in English communication (written, read and spoken); good command of the Arabic language (written, read and spoken) is preferred
Experience and qualifications
  • A minimum Secondary School degree is a must
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a related field is required
