ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

KBR's AFCAP V team offers continuous support to the U.S. Air Force. The Security Escort Program plays a crucial role in maintaining operations and security during personnel rotations at various locations including Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Escort, reporting to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, provides observation services at designated locations to support the unit's Security Monitor program. This role focuses on ensuring operational continuity and mission success through problem-solving and process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Securely escort un-cleared personnel and monitor their activities
• Track and manage Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors
• Ensure compliance with base escorting policies and prevent prohibited items from entering the base
• Deescalate conflicts professionally and efficiently

EQUIPMENT USED:

• Use of communication devices such as radios, cell phones, and laptops
• Ability to operate company vehicles

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lifting, climbing, and extended periods of sitting or standing
• Use of personal protective equipment
• Moderate physical exertion including walking

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• U.S. Citizen
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Effective communication and problems solving abilities
• Ability to meet deployment requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous military experience
• Supervisory experience
• Prior overseas work experience
