Job Description:

Parsons is searching for an extremely skilled Architectural Construction Manager to join our team In this position, you will be part of an exciting project, collaborating with a dedicated and talented team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, compliance with design drawings, and conceptual renders.

  • Supervise a team of site inspectors and Engineers.

  • Address any construction issues or delays, implementing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.

  • Coordinate project handover process, providing necessary documentation, training, and information to the Client.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and handover details.

  • Regularly communicate with clients, keeping them updated on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

Qualifications

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in architectural design and construction management positions.

  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

  • Excellent project management capabilities focusing on project handover.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adept at Client relations.
