Position Summary:

Join us in the incredible project of Jubail, a city rising from the desert sands, managed by Bechtel since the 1970s. We are looking for a Contract Administrator to oversee the contract management tasks. As our EPC managers, you will handle design submissions, construction work, and more. Bechtel's renewed contract with the Royal Commission includes diverse projects such as creating residential communities, iconic buildings, schools, hospitals, and infrastructure expansions.

Work Location:Ras-Al-Khair. Commute between Ras-Al-Khair and Jubail daily with provided accommodation and meals.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Division Responsibilities Matrix
  2. Administer contracts and provide progress reports
  3. Coordinate operational activities and administer contract changes
  4. Represent Bechtel in contractual discussions
  5. Administer information programs for contract understanding
  6. Prepare status reports

Job Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of contracting regulations and policies
  • Experience in pricing, contract law, and negotiations
  • Skill in effective communication
  • Proficiency in contract administration

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Technical:

  • University degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years' contract administration experience
  • Experience in various contract types
  • Understanding of law and negotiations

Essential Behavioral:

  • Strong business writing skills
  • Organized and adaptable to different environments
  • Ability to represent the department effectively

Additional Qualifications:

Preferred Technical:

  • Advanced degree in business or law
  • Understanding of government procurement law
  • Experience in contract formation and claims
  • Familiarity with international projects

Preferred Behavioral:

  • Presentation and mentoring skills
  • Flexibility and well-organized
  • Experience in documenting trends and procedures
