Duties and Responsibilities
- Maximise sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base
- Provide input into the development of the Emerging Markets growth strategy
- Coordinate the execution of the sales plan for Emerging Markets
- Ensure implementation of pricing structure for route teams
- Manage fixed costs
- Facilitate growth of Principal product sales e.g. increase Kellogg's sales
Manage Staff
- Train and develop route teams and measure performance
- Manage and measure performance
- Set route teams sales targets and drive their achievement
- Coordinate the effective use of tools and devices
- Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with all
- Control overtime
Coordinate stakeholder relationships
- Solve customer related issues and queries
- Ensure sound communication between all supporting departments
