Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base
  • Provide input into the development of the Emerging Markets growth strategy
  • Coordinate the execution of the sales plan for Emerging Markets
  • Ensure implementation of pricing structure for route teams
  • Manage fixed costs
  • Facilitate growth of Principal product sales e.g. increase Kellogg's sales

Manage Staff

  • Train and develop route teams and measure performance
  • Manage and measure performance
  • Set route teams sales targets and drive their achievement
  • Coordinate the effective use of tools and devices
  • Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with all
  • Control overtime

Coordinate stakeholder relationships

  • Solve customer related issues and queries
  • Ensure sound communication between all supporting departments
