Principal Consultant- Healthcare

Our client is seeking a Principal Consultant to take a key role in leading and overseeing various client projects in their Consulting Practice Area. From managing complex projects involving senior stakeholders to ensuring work quality and deliverables, you will be instrumental in driving client success. As a trusted business advisor, you will manage selected accounts and mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end consulting best practices across the Practice Area.
• Cultivate client relationships and guide them through the growth pipeline cycle.
• Ensure client satisfaction and value delivery through successful consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with sales to create effective account strategies.
• Optimize consulting personnel efficiency within the Practice Area.
• Establish a knowledge repository to support business development and growth initiatives.
• Formulate and execute tailored consulting strategies.
• Implement leading business development practices.
• Work on local KSA account strategies with the sales team.
• Create impactful content to enhance business development and client engagement.
• Collaborate with a global team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage key stakeholders and ensure high-quality content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of project management or consulting experience.
• Proven track record in leading complex client projects.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
