YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or diploma in commerce, merchandising, or business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in retail merchandise planning and inventory management, preferably in footwear, apparel, or accessories.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
  • Proficient in retail math and inventory management concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Knowledge of merchandise planning software is a plus.
  • A true passion for retail, an innate sense for market trends, and a deep understanding of consumer preferences.
