We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BMS Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a BMS Technician, your role will involve installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Building Management Systems (BMS) in commercial and residential buildings. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the BMS and offer technical assistance to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, program, and commission BMS equipment, such as controllers, sensors, actuators, and software.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to optimize BMS performance and detect any issues or malfunctions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to BMS systems, covering wiring, programming, and communication.
  • Customize BMS programming to meet client requirements after coordinating with them.
  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing queries about BMS operation and features.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and modifications carried out on BMS systems.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments in BMS technology to deliver top-notch service.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance system efficiency and energy conservation.
Preferred Candidate:
  • 1-5 years of experience in installing and maintaining Building Management Systems.
  • Technical diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Thorough understanding of BMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and software.
  • Proficiency in programming BMS systems using industry-standard protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to instructions and safety measures.
  • Competence in BMS software programming.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with common protocols like BACnet and Modbus.
  • Understanding of energy management principles.
