The project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You will deliver and manage project plans from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.

You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.

You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.

You will manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will actively network and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub.

You'll be responsible for:

Assisting in the design, management, and maintenance of wet infrastructure systems, including water supply, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management.Supporting the project teams, including assisting with tasks, setting goals, and providing updates.Conducting site assessments, including identifying infrastructure problems and developing solutions to address them.Preparing the design specifications, construction plans, and budget estimates under the guidance of senior engineers.Coordinating with the clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure that the project meets their needs and expectations.Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Participating in developing maintenance plans to ensure that wet infrastructure systems are functioning properly and are well-maintained.Assisting in business development activities, including identifying potential clients and preparing proposals.

You'll need to have:

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
