Role Purpose

The role purpose for the Property Management Director at Sindalah's Ultra Luxury Island is to set the strategic direction for property management activities that cater to the unique needs and expectations of ultra-high-net-worth guests and elite retailers. Acting as the cornerstone for executing Sindalah and NEOM's high-performance and luxury service ethos, the role aims to cultivate an unparalleled guest experience while achieving operational excellence, fiscal sustainability, and long-term value generation. By integrating technological innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the Community Management Director ensures that Sindalah's property portfolio not only meets but exceeds global luxury benchmarks.

As a key leader in the organization, the Property Management Director will foster a culture of development excellence and collaborate with colleagues across the Proponent, Sectors, and Department teams to elevate the quality of CM for Sindalah's assets to the highest international standards. This role will drive alignment with NEOM's vision and expectations, ensuring world-class operational excellence.

  • Develop a visionary community strategy that articulates the sophistication and exclusivity of Sindalah, ensuring it serves as a global benchmark for luxury living.
  • Lead the community team with a transformative approach, fostering an ethos of excellence, responsiveness, and continuous innovation.
  • Orchestrate an extensive range of high-end community services, including exclusive events, bespoke residential programs, and luxury amenity management.
  • Drive a culture of perfection, where every aspect of community life is executed with meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration and symbiosis between community management, CRM, and Property Management to deliver a frictionless living experience.
  • Champion the voice of the community, ensuring resident and guest feedback is translated into action and enhancement of services.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and sustainability, leading initiatives that contribute to Sindalah's vision of a model future civilization.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale budgets with a strategic approach to investment in community assets and services that deliver tangible value.
  • Build robust relationships with a diverse network of stakeholders, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, to understand and anticipate their needs, delivering personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Lead from the front in crisis management, ensuring readiness and resilience in maintaining community integrity and comfort at all times.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Mastery of ultra-luxury property management and the unique nuances that come with an ultra luxury experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of international trends and innovations in the ultra-luxury real estate and hospitality sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of the needs and preferences of ultra-high net worth individuals.
  • Comprehensive grasp of global and local legal frameworks concerning luxury property and hospitality management.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of building and maintaining a culture of excellence and high-performance teams.
  • Superlative communication skills, with an ability to engage meaningfully with ultra-high net worth clients and high-end retail and F&B partners.
  • Advanced negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities tailored to an ultra-luxury setting.
  • Adept in strategic foresight, capable of aligning short-term actions with long-term vision.
  • At least 15 years in the luxury property management sector, with a minimum of 5 years in ultra-luxury establishments.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing ultra-luxury estates or islands, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly with high-end retail and F&B outlets, as well as other luxury service providers.
  • Successful record of managing large, diverse teams in a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Luxury Brand Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields from a prestigious institution.
  • Recognized professional certifications in Property Management or similar.
  • Additional qualifications in law or finance from reputable institutions, with a focus on luxury or international markets, would be highly advantageous.
