Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Floor Supervisor for our client in hospitality sector to join dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the floor staff, ensuring the highest level of customer service and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily activities of the floor staff, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all employees comply with company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and customer service standards
  • Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the floor staff
  • Train and develop new employees, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the floor staff and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked on the floor at all times
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized floor area, including shelves, displays, and merchandise
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Prepare reports on sales, employee performance, and other relevant metrics as required by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques and principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
