Our Client: A leading player in the consumer goods industry.

Your Role: As the Marketing Director based in Riyadh, KSA, you will drive strategic brand growth, product innovation, and digital evolution. Your focus will be on sustainable growth, market share enhancement, and brand loyalty. You will create and implement strategies for value creation and revenue expansion, ensuring the brand remains agile and responsive to consumer demands.

You will lead the marketing and new product development teams, driving impactful campaigns that boost market share and elevate brand reputation. Your role includes making strategic decisions, rationalizing the portfolio, and balancing short-term and long-term goals. You will develop and execute category growth strategies across multiple geographies, focusing on 360 brand communications, strategic marketing, and innovation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the sales performance of the direct-to-consumer sales channel, reporting directly to the CEO.

Must-Have:

  • 15-20 years of experience in marketing, with 5-10 years in multinational companies and 5-10 years in regional companies.
  • 15+ years in the food and beverage industry, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in brand development, market expansion, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in creating and executing integrated brand strategies across countries.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic growth and identify business development opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Strong personality, capable of presenting to the board and influencing the sales team.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
