To attract and recruit qualified candidates by executing end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and professionally, in line with the company's workforce needs, approved recruitment plans, nationalization goals, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needs and update job descriptions accordingly.
  • Participate in the implementation of the annual recruitment plan, ensuring alignment with workforce planning.
  • Monitor and track Saudization/nationalization ratios and ensure recruitment supports the achievement of government-mandated targets.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Post job ads on appropriate platforms and communicate with recruitment agencies when needed.
  • Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track the status of job openings and candidate progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process and welcome new hires, ensuring they feel supported and well-oriented during their first days.
  • Support internal hiring initiatives and university recruitment programs if applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good command of English is a plus.
