Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives
  • Oversee financial modeling, budget preparation, and cash flow management for assigned projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization
  • Collaborate with project teams to analyze market trends and assess potential risks, providing recommendations to mitigate financial exposure
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, commercial partners, and project teams
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to achieve favorable terms and performance outcomes
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on commercial performance to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and strategic initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop commercial staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Support the overall business development efforts by identifying new markets and opportunities for project expansion
  • Interface with other departments, ensuring smooth coordination between commercial functions and operational execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
