Position Title: Structural Engineer

Work Location/Term: Riyadh, KSA / Full-time
Supervision: Design Review, Structural Analysis, Site Supervision
Reports to: Senior Civil & Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review structural designs and calculations for compliance and optimization.

  • Conduct structural analysis for safety, stability, and reliability.

  • Supervise on-site construction to ensure adherence to approved designs and standards.

  • Coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams to integrate structural systems.

  • Implement quality control measures and resolve structural challenges effectively.

Competency Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and load analysis.

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Effective communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency in resolving design and construction challenges efficiently.

  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Structural or Civil Engineering (structural focus) with 7+ years of experience; or Master's with 5+ years.

  • Certifications: SCE registration mandatory; advanced structural certification is a plus.

  • Skills: Proficiency in structural design tools (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro) and familiarity with international codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocode).

Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
