Job Overview:

The primary purpose of a Senior Sales Executive is to drive the growth and expansion of the business. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to capitalize on those opportunities, and ultimately increasing the company's revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, closing sales deals, and ensuring contracts are executed effectively.
  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations and engage with C-level stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships to enhance client loyalty and retention.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular engagement.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline and track activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven success in SaaS sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • SaaS Sales Expertise: In-depth understanding of SaaS sales principles and a proven ability to sell sophisticated solutions.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented and dynamic sales environment.
