Job Summary:

Saudi German Health is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage and maintain accurate coding for all pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, equipment, fixed assets, and related items at a unified/group level. This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the organization's procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate coding for all pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, equipment, machines, and fixed assets.
  • Execute data cleansing activities to ensure a consolidated and up-to-date master file for pharmaceutical and medical item data.
  • Maintain a comprehensive master file for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) used in pharmaceutical tenders.
  • Ensure proper classification and standardization of data in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Work within Oracle ERP systems for data entry, validation, and maintenance of records.
  • Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accuracy in item classification and coding.
  • Support audits and reporting by providing accurate and well-maintained data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and classification.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical supply coding standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with data cleansing and master data management.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
