International IT & Innovation Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative UX Writer with a strong command of the Arabic language, who can craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for digital products. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, or a related field, and has at least two years of experience in UX writing or interface copywriting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in health awareness or guidance-related projects. A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and refine microcopy across user interfaces, including buttons, error messages, onboarding flows, and help content.
  • Ensure that language is clear, accessible, and aligned with both UX and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content complements the user experience.
  • Conduct content testing and iterate based on feedback and user insights.
  • Support the development of voice and tone guidelines in Arabic.
  • Contribute to localization efforts and ensure cultural relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Interface Copywriter.
  • Completed UX writing courses (in Arabic or English).
  • Strong vocabulary and the ability to write clearly, concisely, and empathetically.
  • Portfolio of UX writing samples (preferably including Arabic content).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in health awareness or guidance-focused digital projects.
  • Familiarity with content testing and usability methods.
  • Understanding of UX design and user-centered content strategy.
  • Bilingual writing skills (Arabic and English).
