Role Overview
As a Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive content across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing Govyy's brand identity, increasing social media engagement, and driving online sales through compelling storytelling and strategic content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
- Develop and execute engaging, on-brand, and high-quality content for Govyy's social media channels, website, and email marketing.
- Write captivating copy for social media posts, product descriptions, landing pages, and advertising campaigns.
- Create compelling brand stories that resonate with the target audience and drive brand awareness.
- Ensure all content aligns with Govyy's tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan and manage Govyy's content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Develop interactive and engaging posts that drive audience engagement, shares, and comments.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and industry best practices to create innovative campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO, hashtags, and platform algorithms to maximize reach and visibility.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions).
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve audience engagement.
- A/B test different content formats, styles, and messaging to determine what resonates best with the target audience.
- Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and product team to align content with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and customers to generate user-generated content (UGC).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Social Media Content Creator, Copywriter, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in eCommerce, FMCG, or retail industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven content decisions.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
