The Facilities Supervisor – Maintenance will have a significant impact on customer experience. This role involves leading technicians, designing solutions for challenging problems, managing outside contractors, being on call for emergencies, handling multiple projects, and developing plans to accomplish engineering departmental goals.

The Facilities Supervisor – Maintenance will be responsible for the leadership, development, and coaching of the team, as well as performance management. This role also leads the technical team in providing both reactive and proactive maintenance services on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure within the FC Centers.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide supervision and leadership to Maintenance Technicians.
  2. Develop and deliver Preventive Maintenance programs.
  3. Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors & scanners, motor starters, relays, limit switches, electronic sensors, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, sorters, and mechanical components (rolls, bearings, belts).
  4. Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and promote safe working across the site.
  5. Support technicians by motivating, providing knowledge, and hands-on experience.
  6. Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.
  7. Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.
  8. Prioritize and manage resources under high pressure.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Multi-skilled in electrical/mechanical engineering discipline with at least 4-5 years of experience.
  2. Understanding of OEE and equipment performance metrics.
  3. Knowledge of MEP.
  4. Experience with building maintenance and facility maintenance.
  5. Experience with conveyor types and systems.
  6. Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements.
  7. Experience in mentoring and developing junior technicians.
  8. Experience in contractor management.
  9. Proven ability to troubleshoot under high pressure.
  10. Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English.
  11. Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and influence others on the team.
  2. Solid foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems and mechanical components.
  3. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects and workloads.
  4. Experience in multi-contractor management.
  5. Highly self-motivated and customer-centric.
  6. Leadership experience/aptitude and ability to mentor and develop training plans for other service technicians.
  7. Experience with packaging machines or conveyor systems.
  8. Experience in an international environment.
  9. Knowledge in OEE and EAM tools.
