About the role
You will work closely with business users, senior SAP functional resources, and external technology partners to ensure reliable day-to-day application support, timely resolution of business requests, and controlled execution of system changes. The position also provides exposure to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across a growing manufacturing and trading organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP and related business applications.
- Manage tickets and service requests from analysis through resolution.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and coordinate complex cases with internal teams and external partners.
- Support testing, UAT, deployments, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Support SAP user access, master data, documentation, and governance activities.
- Contribute to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in SAP/ERP functional support or Business Applications.
- Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, or PM.
- Experience in ticket management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
- Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- SAP configuration or functional enhancement experience.
- Experience with SAP AMS/implementation partners or integrations.
- SAP certification or relevant functional training.
