Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education:

  1. High School Certification
  2. Culinary Degree or Similar Work Experience
  3. Food Manager Sanitation Certification from Accredited Program such as ServSafe or Highfield PIC

Experience:

  1. 0-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  2. Experience in high volume kitchen environments - Restaurants/Hotels/Theme Parks/Sports and Entertainment sectors

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a multi-cultural team

Core Competencies:

  • Knowledge of large-scale food and beverage operations
  • Able to work in high stress, demanding atmosphere with an international staff
  • Awareness and understanding of culinary trends and plating styles
