Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to nursing students during their clinical rotations in healthcare settings (e.g., hospitals, clinics).
- Assist students in performing clinical skills and procedures, ensuring that they are practicing safely and effectively.
- Promote student learning by fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

- Ensure that students follow patient safety protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Teach evidence-based nursing practices to promote high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.
- Ensure that students demonstrate cultural competence and respect for patient diversity in the clinical setting.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable university.
- Certified training in the specialization is an added value.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience in general nursing.
- Previous experience in clinical teaching, mentorship preferred, but not required.
- Strong clinical background and knowledge of nursing best practices and patient care standards.
- Ability to develop teaching design and mentoring.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of dashboard, computers, and computing devices.
- Ability to provide academic leadership.
