About Tamheer Program:
It is a program aimed at developing graduates with bachelor's degrees or higher in order to provide them with practical field experience. The training period is six months of on-the-job training for fresh graduates to gain the required skills in a professional environment.
Tamheer Requirements:
- To be a Saudi citizen.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma holder.
- To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- The job seeker should not be registered for any job during the previous six months.
- He should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement improvements in HR processes for operational efficiency.
- Support HR automation and self-service tools.
- Collaborate with IT and HR to optimize systems and workflows.
- Ensure HR technology aligns with business needs and compliance.
- Develop reports to aid HR decision-making and ensure data accuracy.
- Enhance HR efficiency through process engineering and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR teams to address challenges and align solutions.
Education and Certifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Human Resources Business Administration.
