The current physical security market is highly fragmented, with no single software OEM offering a truly integrated solution. Integration partners often assemble solutions from multiple brands, resulting in higher costs, complexity, and scalability challenges. IDCUBE's software modules comprehensively cover every aspect of physical security management and are designed for seamless delivery across various architectures.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experiencedChannel Sales Managerto drive the growth and expansion of IDCUBE's channel partner network in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have extensive domain expertise in Access Control, Physical Security, Visitor Management, and Biometrics, along with a proven ability to recommend effective solutions to end-users, channel networks, and consultants. Strong sales experience in Access Control will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), consultants, system integrators, and end-users within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and consistently deliver on the company's financial objectives for the territory.
- Develop and execute clear and ethical business strategies aligned with company goals and maintain open communication with leadership.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customers, market opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
- Design and execute account growth plans for top customers in the Western Province and drive measurable results.
- Facilitate seamless engagement between customers and internal teams to enhance ease of doing business with IDCUBE.
- Organize and lead product demonstrations, regional trade shows, and roadshows to showcase IDCUBE's solutions and add value to stakeholders.
- Take ownership of RFP responses and project submissions within the assigned territory.
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to business leaders to improve market strategies.
- Identify and address training needs for customers, consultants, and market stakeholders.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales experience inPhysical Access Controland related fields.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills with channel partners, consultants, and end-users.
- Familiarity with the physical security landscape in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia is a plus.
