Role Overview

This position involves managing high-value client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. The ideal candidate possesses 2–3 years of experience in account management, along with the initiative to handle more advanced responsibilities typically associated with a senior role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client satisfaction, contribute to strategy, and help drive business growth.

What you'll do:

  1. Establish and nurture strategic client relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  2. Identify, develop, and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue goals.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations—to ensure seamless service delivery and brand alignment.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews with clients, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  5. Negotiate contracts, oversee renewals, and manage pricing discussions to sustain profitable partnerships.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, reporting findings to both clients and senior leadership.
  7. Resolve escalated client issues swiftly, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining strong rapport.
  8. Provide thought leadership within the organization by sharing market trends and best practices.

What you'll need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of account management or client-facing experience, ideally handling multiple or high-value accounts.
  3. Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively to achieve positive outcomes.
  4. Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic data analysis tools.
  6. Demonstrated capability in solving complex problems, coordinating multi-department efforts, and delivering measurable results.
  7. High proficiency in both English and Arabic.
