Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Investment to lead our investment strategies, portfolio management, and financial planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investment management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of local and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee portfolio management, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and feasibility studies for potential investments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities and partnerships.
- Prepare and present detailed investment reports and proposals to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Lead a team of investment professionals, providing mentorship and performance management.
- Monitor economic trends and market developments to proactively adjust investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing diverse investment portfolios and delivering strong financial returns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- CFA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Up to 75,000 SAR
- Bonus: Discretionary
- Vacation Allowance: One basic salary per annum
- Schooling Allowance: Up to 35,000 SAR per child for up to 4 dependents
- Medical Insurance: VIP coverage, including parents
- Health Allowance: 5,000 SAR (reimbursement basis)
