**Deputy Head of IT Operations Managed Services Department****Job Purpose**To support the department head in providing strategic leadership and direction for the IT Operations Managed Services practice. This role focuses on ensuring seamless execution of managed services operations, resource optimization, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements across diverse industries and geographic locations. The Deputy Head will act as a key liaison for government and regulatory interactions and ensure alignment with national frameworks and organizational goals.**Role and Responsibilities****Strategic Support:**- Assist the department head in developing and implementing the managed services strategy aligned with organizational objectives and national regulatory requirements.- Provide strategic guidance on localizing service offerings to meet the needs of the Saudi market and comply with national frameworks.**Operational Oversight:**- Oversee day-to-day operations of managed services engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs across multiple geographic regions.- Collaborate with project teams to address challenges, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.- Monitor resource allocation and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and meet organizational goals.**Regulatory and Stakeholder Management:**- Serve as the primary point of contact for Saudi national regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as NISS 2025, PDPL, and SAMA regulations.- Work closely with local government agencies and clients to build strong relationships and maintain compliance with national policies.- Ensure that all managed services align with Saudi Vision 2030 goals, fostering innovation and excellence.**Talent Development and Leadership:**- Mentor and guide Saudi nationals within the department to support their career growth and enhance national workforce capabilities.- Collaborate with HR and the department head to develop training programs for skill enhancement, particularly focusing on regulatory and technological advancements.**Continuous Improvement and Innovation:**- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovations to maintain a competitive edge in managed services.**Risk Management and Compliance:**- Ensure all managed services operations adhere to national regulations and international standards, including ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013.- Support the department head in identifying and mitigating financial, operational, and security risks.**Qualifications and Education Requirement**
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles, regulatory compliance frameworks, and operational excellence in the Saudi context.**Education**Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.**Skills**
