Consultant/ Senior Consultant

During your tenure as a Consultant/ Senior Consultant in the SCNO team, you will benefit from a role that gives you the opportunity to build, shape and lead client relationships and projects as soon as you join. You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

1. Building and sustaining client relationships whilst identifying, leading and supporting potential sales opportunities.
2. Leading and overseeing the delivery of multi-workstream procurement and commercial transformation programs, including strategic sourcing, commercial strategies & procurement execution, digital sourcing and procurement, transformation of operating model, cost reduction, integration of third-party risk management and contract management services, and innovation.
3. Providing leadership and coaching of the team while broadening and enhancing our internal capabilities.
4. Development of thought leadership, representing procurement transformation expertise at forums, and creating external eminence for Deloitte.
5. Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contributions.
6. Proactively driving your development through access to on-the-job coaching and an array of training options, as well as developing junior members of your teams through effective and supportive coaching and performance management.
7. Playing a lead role in the development of the Deloitte business, brand, and reputation.

Qualifications:

1. An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, MBA, or a relevant master's degree or certificate is a plus.
2. At least 3 to 6 years of experience in a Management Consulting Firm. Experience in Big Four companies is a plus.
3. Advisory or delivery experience in leading complex procurement transformation programs involving strategic sourcing, digital procurement, procurement transformation, cost reduction, process optimization, operating model implementation, customer journey innovation, sourcing, and supporting technologies.
4. Exposure and knowledge of digital procurement technology software such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, and/or other procurement technologies.
5. Demonstrable experience in managing procurement, sourcing, and third-party risk client relationships and identifying, developing, and supporting business opportunities.
6. Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a program with appropriate resources and cost modeling.
7. Experience coaching and developing strong teams and individual members.
8. An understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk, and protect the firm's reputation.
9. Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market-leading solutions that make a difference and for building the business and reputation of the practice.
10. Prior experience in managing teams, developing a business, and growing an account or practice.
11. Experienced in effective project management.
12. Willingness to work on client sites in international locations.
13. Full mobility travel.
