  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for projects and adhering to deadlines to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to departments (Design, Technical, Procurement, Construction) best positioned to complete.
  • Maintain the project procedure and ensure all team members follow it.
  • Manage all internal communication and project information sharing between all departments.
  • Complete management of project changes internally and between all stakeholders.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
  • Communicate with clients & PMO Head to keep the project aligned with its goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for functional team members when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain expected standards.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing change.
  • Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers.
  • Provide feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to team members.
  • Manage deadlines and motivate the team to ensure timeliness.
  • Coordinate with outsourcing or any third party as needed.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Plan & ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop and update detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Communicate project changes with all internal & external stakeholders.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships & communication with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, review & manage all submission documents.
  • Sign all required documents for project deliverables by stakeholders.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
  • Attend training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Carry out any task assigned by PMO Head that is not fundamentally different from the tasks of the project manager.
  • Provide data and reports and create dashboards of the projects to the PMO.

Certificates Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in the Architectural or Engineering field with qualified training in project management.
  • Written and spoken English & Arabic.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Projects Experience:

  • Proficient in SharePoint, ProArc, and/or other document management software and web-based tools.
  • Skilled user of Adobe and Microsoft Suite.
  • Work experience in different environments.
