What You'll Do- Create high-quality, engaging designs for digital, print, and social media that align with the brand identity
- Create visual identity and brand guidelines for current and new brands
- Design creative marketing collaterals including but not limited to: menus, posters, delivery packaging, and die-cuts
- Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring both quality and timely delivery
- Guide other designers and external partners to maintain a consistent brand look and feel
- Work closely with the brand team to update and enhance the brand's visual identity
- Collaborate with brand managers, photographers, performance marketing, and content creators to develop successful campaigns
- Create photography direction mood boards and prepare props and backgrounds for photo shoots
- Collaborate with other teams, such as operations and procurement, to achieve project goals
- Develop innovative design solutions that are both visually appealing and functional
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design quality
- Review all designs for visual appeal, brand consistency, and accuracy
- Utilize expertise in design software to produce high-quality visuals
- Efficiently manage time to handle multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Introduce fresh design ideas to keep content engaging and relevant
- Create animations and short videos for social media and in-store screens
- Shoot and edit social media content using DSLR cameras and mobile phones
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience
- Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of animation software such as Adobe After Effects
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content/designs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.
