About the Opportunity

We are hiring experienced and driven Site Logistics Managers to join our team on a landmark Airport Construction Project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the region's most complex and high-profile infrastructure developments. As a Site Logistics Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient site operations and ensuring all materials, personnel, and equipment move safely and smoothly within the construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the development and execution of site-wide logistics plans.
  2. Coordinate delivery schedules, material movement, and laydown areas.
  3. Manage site access points, traffic flow, and on-site signage.
  4. Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  5. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to align logistics with project timelines.
  6. Assist with waste management, security coordination, and site cleanliness.
  7. Report logistics performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in warehouse logistics, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  2. Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  3. Experience in Construction sites is required.
  4. ERP or equivalent experience is required.
  5. Strong understanding of logistics planning, site coordination, and HSE compliance.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure construction environment.
  7. Experience in airport projects is highly preferred.
