Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or systems administration.
Skills:
- Experience in C# and Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET, .Net Core, SQL Server, Azure).
- Knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle and development approaches.
- Knowledge of managing web servers (e.g., IIS) and application servers, including configuration, optimization, security hardening, and patch management.
- Experience in incident management and on-call support, preferably in a high availability production environment.
- Experience in monitoring server performance, analyzing system metrics, and tuning servers.
- Experience with centralized logging and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of cloud services, like Azure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Skilled in database management and optimization.
- Hands-on experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
