Experience:

Experience in working on large infrastructure projects in the construction or operations phase. Minimum 08 years of experience. Preference given for Airports Experience.

Primary Functions:

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the intake, handling, storage, and retrieval of all documents related to the project.
  • Ensure all documentation meets the QMS requirements and Project Quality Requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to track data and ensure all site data is accounted for.
  • Responsible for overall project database management.
  • Responsible for issuance of permit to work requests, archiving, and closing out PTW requests.
  • Establish proper time management and document management so no information is lost or missed out.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to clients outlining key milestones, challenges, and next steps.
  • Ensure that all deliverables are completed in line with project timelines and in accordance with company and industry best practices.
  • Work in close relationship with the Project Manager to monitor project progress, identify any delays, issues, or potential risks, and proactively highlight them to the project manager or technical team.

Technical Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.

Business Requirements:

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and able to interact effectively among team members and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
