We are seeking a dynamic leader who will not only own the firm's fiscal responsibilities but will also take full accountability for the operational functions, ensuring that the firm's operations run smoothly and efficiently. This individual will be hands-on, capable of both strategic planning and executing tasks as necessary to achieve operational excellence.

In addition to overseeing the finance team, this role will be responsible for designing and executing operational strategies that support the firm's ambitious growth goals. The Head of Finance and Operations will monitor and optimize internal processes, oversee firm-wide operational activities, ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, and support the investment team in driving operational excellence across the organization. This role is based in Riyadh.
