Job Title: HR Trainee

Department: Human Capital

Location: Khobar, KSA

Job Purpose:

To provide practical, hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the efficient operation of the HR department. This role offers an opportunity to learn and apply HR principles in a dynamic and diverse business environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls
• Support OD Supervisor in developing and updating job descriptions for all existing and new positions.
• Ensure to update Position Mapping regularly with new positions and upload it to Hive.
• Assist OD Supervisor with master data analysis.
• Support OD Supervisor in overseeing performance management process and helping HRBPs when needed.
• Handle engagement survey design, preparing the content, communication emails, data preparation and presentation.
• Support OD Team in any initiatives and requested tasks.
• Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
